Feed production.

The feed factory Poldanor S.A. in Koczała currently manufactures 2000-2200 tons of feed per week, including 9 different blends. The factory produces feed for its own needs only.

In many respects, the feed factory is the heart of the whole animal production because the properly balanced high-quality feeds is of crucial importance for the production and health of the animals.

Therefore we created a very thorough quality management program, which covers the whole production process from raw materials acceptance, through storage, blending accuracy monitoring, feed sampling, to laboratory sample registration.

In 2006, we are also going to obtain HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) certificate so that, in cooperation with Prime Food meat processing plant, Poldanor can guarantee high-quality final products to be controlled “from the field to the table”.
