| Investment 2011 prize awarded to Poldanor SA |

Poldanor SA has won the Investment 2011 Prize for its agricultural biogas plant in Świelino. The prize was awarded in a business competition run during the 43rd Koszalin Technology Days. Our company won the prize for its investment project titled “Agricultural biogas plant in Świelino – the second of its type in the West Pomeranian province.” On 14 May 2011, at a ceremonial gala held at the Kryterium cinema in Koszalin, the award was accepted by the President of Poldanor SA, Grzegorz Brodziak. The aim of the competition is to identify and reward the most valuable business projects, to promote the image of a reliable employer, and to promote modern technologies and innovation as means of developing the competitiveness and economic strength of the region and the country as a whole. The competition also saw prizes awarded in the following categories: West Pomeranian Product 2011, Service 2011, Koszalin Product 2011, Pomeranian Manager 2010, New Technological Solutions 2010, and New Environmental Solutions 2010. The 43rd Koszalin Technology Days event is organized as part of the West Pomeranian Technology Days 2011, which covered the whole of Poland’s West Pomeranian province. The organizers were the Central Pomeranian Council of the Chief Technical Organization (NOT) in Koszalin, the Marshal of the West Pomeranian province, and NOT’s West Pomeranian Regional Council in Szczecin. All events organized under the Technology Days banner had the aim of providing an overview of modern techniques and technologies in particular industries, as well as promoting firms, products, investment projects and services. It was also an opportunity for integration of technical and engineering personnel and for improvement of professional skills.
