    Once a year all employees of the company is chosen "Employee of the Year". Candidates for this award are reported by individual heads of the Executive Board or by the same Board. The choice may decide outstanding services and achievements for the company, it may also simply be a consistently strong commitment to work and the company's affairs and noble traits of character that make a person is extremely popular among his colleagues. Name of the person singled out workers Poldanor SA learn at the annual picnic integration. The prize is a memorial plaque and a cash prize to use for the trip home. In 2006, the award "Employee of the Year" was Christopher Winter, a CSU employee.

     

    Interview with Christopher Winter

     

    Małgorzata Zalewska: What went on in the career of your company?

     

    Christopher Winter: Work in Poldanor SA I started in 2001. as a guardian of the construction on the farm at Łękini. I worked there may be two months, and Krzysztof Dobek recruited me to the construction group. I worked the assembly paszociągów, toured all construction Poldanor, participated in the training industry. With the establishment of the CSU was transferred to the so-called. ventilation group.

     

    MZ: Do you recall task whose execution has caused you the most problems?

    MZ: Now a question about your recently received awards. How do you think that your character traits meant that you were chosen Employee of the Year?

     

    KW: First of all I have to admit that receiving this award was a huge surprise for me. This came to me only a day later.

    As for some specific features, I think that wymieniłbym willingness to cooperate with all employees of the department to this positive approach to the world and a smile on your face. The company, which employs so many people, it is important to find a mutual agreement, so called. "We'll work out," "go on playing." My job would be much more difficult to achieve if not for friends like Teddy Poparda Bloch and Darius, who will always help you. The study counted the task order, so we have to be together on good terms, call each other if necessary, ask for help and they help each other. A goal is always to fill the recommendations and expectations of management.

     

    MZ: What was the reaction of family and friends to receive the Lord's Worker of the Year awards Poldanor SA?

     

    KW: The response was very good! But again, it took several hours, until it occurred to me that I was chosen employee of the year. I received many text messages of congratulations from colleagues. With my arrival at a picnic involves a good story. Not signed up for a picnic, because I was at the time designated on duty. But manager John Choma said that my presence at a picnic is mandatory. Not raised then the least of my suspicions. And then, you know, was a great surprise, thanks to the President, flowers ....

     

    MZ: Do you betray me, what you will use the resulting financial reward?

     

    KW: Actually not yet picked up the prize! But I dream of a trip to the mountains, in the Bieszczady Mountains, where I love to hang out. Once I went there more often, but for 6 years I was not at all in the Bieszczady mountains, because I have too many responsibilities and simply lack of time for travel.

     

    MZ: And of those further travel to warmer countries - is a place that you would like to visit?

     

    KW: It is, but not tell what kind of place. Maybe I can go there in the near future, but I do not want zapeszyć ...

     

    MZ: And how do you spend your free time?

     

    KW: Now I am working on finishing the house. I like fishing, boating, but I miss it all the time now.

     

    MZ: What do you think of this year's picnic? I ask, as one of the organizers.

     

    KW: I think that the picnic was well organized. I really liked the fountain, but it should improve the sound system.
