PAMA – Poldanor Agriculture & Management Academy |
Active contribution to implementation of the vision of Poldanor SA through supporting its organizational development and expanding and raising the practical and managerial qualifications of its employees PAMA – Poldanor Agriculture & Management Academy (Akademia Rolnictwa i Zarządzania przy Poldanor SA) was opened in the autumn of 2006.
The aim of PAMA is to support the development of Poldanor mainly through improving the level of employee education at all levels of the organization, as well as through establishing a network for exchange of the latest knowledge on modern agriculture and farming business management between companies and their employees and the top advisers and schools from the farming industry home and abroad.
The main tasks carried out at PAMA involve the coordination of all training and developmental activities dedicated to the staff of Poldanor SA.
Current major projects include:
- Advanced Management Courses (AMC)
- Basic Management Courses (BMC)
- Vocational Training – courses covering knowledge in animal and crop production, related to the areas of operation of Poldanor SA
- Introductory training for newly-employed staff, providing information on the basic principles of operation of the company, its vision, mission, specific operations of individual departments, and human resources policy.
- English courses.
The intention of PAMA is to excel in professionalism, and care for the quality of our services and contacts, both inside and outside the organization. We want to be a competent and credible partner, viewing its tasks from the perspective of solutions, and introducing creativity, warmth, and respect for others into people’s mutual relations. |
